Does it need a roof and new heating system or just paint and flooring. 

We aren't the traditional flippers who run in, throw up a lick of paint, hide the disastrous side of things and essentially trick people into buying a lemon.

Cosmetic updates, Pulled up carpets and updated with LVT, New Counter tops, painted cabinets, new appliances, new deck, fence, paint, lighting, etc.

I put $6000 into repairs, mostly paint, new light fixtures, new appliances, painting cabinets and fix a small leak coming from the roof.

You can take out a lot of complexity when you buy property that only needs maye paint & carpet.
