I was able to get out of their management agreement at the 1 year mark, and switched to Valiant- my experience with them (a little more than 6 months so far) has been outstanding.  

Most mls listings have under market rents in that area too but would need run comps in exact area, it will likely be a bit lower then west of highway Avondale map area.

Look at the values of your 2 properties, consider any outstanding debt, calculate what your payment might look like on a cash out refi, compare that to current or potential rents.

These two projects are very close to Bennah Oaks near highway 441 along SE 132 St Rd.

However with a long hold I do expect San Diego RE to have outstanding ROI.  

Deal makers- development potential, vehicles per day, road ingress egress off highway, signage potential, multiple road accesses, value add potential- housing- trees, boulders, ponds, walkout, views, right side of town, power-line right of ways, etc6.

Other than outstanding taxes, and utilities, I don't need to worry about anything else.

I would not want to invest if I had outstanding debts, too much risk.

You will recall that your Note allows Norada to convert the outstanding balance owed into equity and that it can redeem that equity in the future by repayment of the Note principal in full.
