The 3 main banks here are BPPR, Oriental & First Bank.  

Tenant brought throw rugs . so at turn over it was just take a fire hose to the interior for the turn. :) LOVE IT. 

I would never rely on only one platform - and they can for any reason pull the rug from under you.

Talk with other agents in your area and find out who the most investor-orientated brokerages are.

LA has the ocean on one side, and extremely rugged mountains on the other.

Just seems like an odd business practice to shovel everything under the rug.
