More and more I see buyers look online, drive out to the house, and then while sitting in front of the house, CALL. 

There are plenty of video reviews and Bigger Pockets comments on his website if you scroll to the bottom.

That was their words- not mine.I remember watching a video done by the National Real Estate Investor Association online interviewing Ohio ( I believe) real estate commission.

Still, I am making it a commitment to finish the course 1 video lesson per day.
