Hi All,Does anyone have a good PM company they've used or are using in or around OC that you would recommend?

Can anyone recommend a company that offers a builders risk policy to cover the construction period but then will also allow a cancellation and refund after work is finished to convert into a standard landlord policy.  

Companies normally offer limits up to$500,000 but some offer $1,000,000.

I haven’t used them yet but Universal Settlement Services is an investor friendly title company in the state college/altoona area.

I didn't see a need for a holding company but if someone wants one, you can just use another LLC as the holding company.

Sounds like your 2 previous companies didn't know what they were doing.
