It is written into our lease that a first offence it is an automatic $200 fine (smoking inside) and cause for eviction (at the landlord'd discretion).

It is well out of attorney review I was told by a mortgage rep that I met on this site ( no offence to the site) that he could get me 100 % financing...well to make a long story more boring he could not and was fired by his company...Just fri the office manager took over my file and I was told yesterday that my credit score was too low and he could only get me 90% LTV.
