As most people have mentioned there are numerous ways to invest, and get into the the real estate world.

This transparency in their payment process can inspire confidence in their operations.In summary, despite initial concerns, the company appears to have several positive aspects, including flexible payment options and a commitment to serving a diverse market.

It is maybe a couple hundred dollars to join and you can attend numerous classes and meetings.

These platforms do not get involved in the transaction beyond the connection, and so any liquidity options and investor may have are simply what that sponsor has or has not offered in that individual fund/deal.

A scope is especially important on properties where the sewer line would be particularly expensive to replace (for instance, if the sewer line replacement would require breaking up and re-pouring a driveway, or removing numerous mature trees--these things can cost significantly more money above and beyond the cost of replacing the sewer line). 

In my experience, being upfront about wholesaling and explaining that you’re looking to assign the contract has resulted in numerous signed agreements.
