I truly believe she had a medical condition and shouldn't even live in my house, should probably live in elderly housing or the like.

I have noted a few medical clinics/hospitals near the property that I was thinking of reaching out to ask if they hire traveling nurses and if my property could be considered for their stay.

I'm unsure if I have to file as Non-Resident in West Virginia.Anyone have the answer?
