Nice way to house hack!

Hello BP community,It's nice to see so many discussions from like minded people!

The third property has a nice cash flow.I am wondering if there are steps I can take to reduce the cashflow issues of the 2 properties before obtaining another property, like pay down the mortgages or should I just save the cashflow from the third property to pay for any future expenses?

$10K seems like a nice, round number...Finally, if you have $250K in cash, I would not put it all into a single property / single dealHope this helps... happy to help further

Or paying off my debt, while I provide them with a nice house to live in instead of an apartment. 

Had a client close on an MTR there this summer in a nice townhouse walking distance to Pearl Street.

All nice and cordial on the sales pitch but deliver NOTHING!

Those rates are not as nice as rates we got a few years ago for less than 3%, but in today's market I'll take those rates.
