I was strongly considering joining before I read this, now I am going to go the hard route, but probably best to just stay active on here and go the extra effort to network with accomplished developers in my area.

I would visit local meetups for real estate investing, and also network with agents in your area that work with a lot of investors.

There are a few different areas I like to target, depending on your goals and budget.We also host a monthly real estate networking event -- "NorCal Real Estate Mastermind" -- First Wednesday of every month at 6pm at Lucid Winery on R St.

They are a great crowd, and networking was amazing.I just finished the self paced course and just got off the phone with them concerning the Gold and Platinum programs for mentorship.

@Daniel HymanThanks for the idea but another problem I have with using the government internet is a lot of things on websites don't work because of the firewall and network settings so when I try to apply for the account it just doesn't go to anything.

I’m on deal #9 and have just started to have a network big enough to start getting information on off market deals.
