Lenders also have interest only options that could help with cashflow especially on acquisitions to allow you to get the listing up, and have your listing gain momentum (some listings start off slow while they accrue bookings, reviews, etc.)

How do you find motivation to keep momentum going when it seems like nothing in working out??

If you are someone that jumps into things and then lose momentum and returns to the same place and state of mind then this is probably not a good idea for you.2.
