I would love to house hack but unfortunately live in Los Angeles, so house hacking is a bit out of reach for me at the moment. 

I have been investing for 8 years & Jonathon answered a lot of questions for me at events when I got started so I have followed him closer than others. 

But I would imagine the credit card companies would start to restrict me at some point.
