HUD does not factor into the rent other amenities that might be included in the rent such as garage, basement, fieplace, central air, pool etc, that might command higher rent in the non-Section 8 market place. 

@JC Wu,You have to remember one thing in this forum post, Roofstock is a marketplace where other sellers list their properties.  

I am a twenty year plus licenses GC who has built over 100,000,000. in commercial and residential construction in the NY, NJ, PA, CT and CA marketplaces.

Also, there is a need in the marketplace for a co-living PM company that doesn't charge too high of rate. 

And from there, you will be knocking doors, sending fliers, cold calling, networking with wholesalers, scouring Craigslist and FB marketplace, all the MAYBE find a deal.

do you guys post off market deals on there/is there a better place to find be off market deals in Canton rather than Craigslist or marketplace?

Meetup.com is a good resource for those but some of the groups will also post here on Bigger Pockets Marketplace too.

If you scour Craigslist, FB Marketplace or OfferUP, you will find some amazing deals on quality USA made furniture for pennies on the dollar.
