You will get plenty of that at your office sales meetings, office training, CE training, board and association training.   

Once I get a few deals under my belt and money is more abundant, I'll also purchase Seth's training.

Has anyone had experience with RJ Bates's Titanium University training/community? 

Hey Craig, Just to keep the positive train going, this deal may not be exactly what you want for monthly cash flow, but it is definitely getting you closer to cash flowing the way you want to.

They have nice looking direct booking sites, but I'm more curious about their digital marketing training and crm software included with their package. 

I am training our son to basically do the rehabs but there is a learning curve.  

These are professionals with additional training and a stricter code of ethics.

You could go to work for a remodeler too perhaps giving bids, selling service or see if they will train you to be on a crew.You could also go to work as an ISA for one of the big wholesalers.
