I hadn’t pursued using them because I thought I couldn’t if I had ESS!

I feel like I’m always following @Michael Wagner’s comments like a little parrot saying “I use ESS, too, and they’re great!”

So if I look at some 10 publicly traded residential apartment owners in the country: AVB, ESS, CPT etc... as a group, their numbers should reflect ballpark trends within the industry -- keyword being should. 

Not a fair housing issue or protected by ESS/service animal regulations.
