In my area, buildings have gotten quite expensive but rents have stayed relatively low.

Okay, so what my husband and I want to do with our rental property when it sells is buy a small livestock hobby farm consisting of chickens/goats and a dog kenneling, and or a small organic vineyard.   

A kennel or pet sitter would cost them more. 

We contacted the county health department and the water department: NO record of where the tank and drain field is located in their files but they both confirmed there is NO SEWER in the area. Building

People who ignore that the Fed has printed $10 Trillion dollars lately, think they are simply great investors and don't have a rabbits hope in a dog kennel of getting out of this one and will lose everything.And if you don't understand # 11, "Lord have mercy".

I even provide an outdoor kennel if they need to leave the pet unattended.
