Remember that a major part of their pitch is to get a line of business credit - credit that is unsecured and invisible on the client's personal credit rating.My curiosity was aroused when the OP stated that Fund & Grow was applying for business credit for him before he has a LLC .

We had one unit that developed mold because of a pretty much invisible roof leak.

The actual MLS where Realtors will see it, not zillow/etc where it's invisible to the people that are actually selling the thing you want sold. 

I’ve saved by following up on city employees who’d shunted my project off to the low-priority list.I don’t know you, but I know that there are probably a few little invisible things like that costing you thousands that you’re not thinking about at all.
