I think it would give it a little bump in value but it all depends on the buyer.

The data plans are reasonable ($50/month) and the service seems like it would be more reliable through storms and outages. 

Then take that data and skip trace it for numbers email etc.

Most homes in our area double in value every 5-10 years.

Markets have increased considerably over the past 4 years and most of my buildings have also increased in value by about $300,000.

There doesn’t seem to be a lot of great deals where I am since land has increased in value so much in the last few years.
