I think its rare you can take a model you're doing in this are or product and just move it somewhere else or on to some other product.To me, If you have a niche that works and you're good at it and the numbers are strong,  I believe you should put everything you have into that business model and grow it and grow it fast while the getting is good. 

Fast forward to today, I have over 275 doors.

Also find a lender who can move fast - we have several that can close in 15 days and less.  

As an investor myself, I'd say property taxes can eat into cash flow in certain areas and some neighborhoods are gentrifying fast which means you really need to know your submarkets.

You can find multiple good deals, we are growing at a very fast rate with multiple industries coming here. 

It's terrifying to think how fast it can spread with that kind of force behind it.

That being said, I'm always an advocate for paying for mentorship to fast track your goals. 

Raleigh specifically has introduced “Fast-Track Plans” designed to streamline permitting to build ADUs faster and more cost-effectively.

Once you go under contract, (here in Texas) fine a title company that works fast that you can trust, even before the contract is assigned know if they work with wholesalers and how they can help you.
