It's an endless game.Recently, one of the tenants being evicted reported a broken heater to code enforcement and the Department of Children and Families (DCF).

I understand it was (allegedly) caused by a kid, but parents must take responsibility for their children's actions.

Optimally you also can get the children of the senior involved so nobody feels their parents were taken advantage of.
