Buy some snap traps, bait them and put them in areas inaccessible to children/pets. 

I use Excel at my day job for data which involves up to 50,000 rows, above that I start looking to house it in Access. 

And it wasn’t possible to actually clean it since most of it was inaccessible.

A parcel I really wanted adjacent to a parcel I own went by tie to another investor so I'm planning on offering a little more for this remote inaccessible but spectacular property.

I could also move on to multi family so that more units are acquired per transaction but wonder how much of a different beast it is than SFH and if I'd have to start competing with institutions and folks who invest full time, are better resourced, and have creative financing options that I'm unaware of and/or are inaccessible to me.Thanks for making it all the way to the end!
