With few exceptions people do not see something for the first time, decide "I NEED THAT" and make an instant purchase.Ideally, each time the customer is exposed to you, they are left with an impression / touch.

You only have one first impression with guests browsing OTA's and your hero photo and listing title are crucial.

Taking a leap at 21 and turning a fixer-upper into a solid rental is really impressive.
