I know that was some attempt at humor but it is a bit out of place and illustrates a level of immaturity on your part.

The kid who taught himself to ride, pulling a 1/2 mile long wheelie down the highway, there is no reason for me to point out his immaturity and idiocy, the best thing for him to learn from will be crashing, hopefully he won't kill himself or others. 

That seems like a reaction to be expected (albeit it's a bit immature).And unless the future LL is very new at the game, they should know that the most recent reference is useless.

I really hope Johnny had a rude awakening and rehab helped set him straight, he has so much potential but is just plain...immature (in the best language I can think of).

Sorry to sound so immature but it is hard to see how the system works for some people yet i can't seem to get a break.

I accept payments from each tenant for their portion, and charge a late fee for any portion that is late.You will likely deal with immaturity- late payments, not getting along with neighbors, general stupid stuff.
