If it has a pilot for ignition, then you can check whether re-lighting the pilot gets it going.

My understanding is Northside has been on the fringe of "igniting" for years but just doesn't quite get there.  

I bought a Whirlpool last fall and had instant burner ignition problems. 

Recently I participated in a three days property investment workshop from Legacy Education (Rich dad poor dad) which ignited my interest in REI in the US.

Downtown has had some vacant buildings tore down and rebuilt and the Azarian marina which looks like 8 acres of decrepit warehouses has been torn down in the last 6 months which gives me hopes that development is starting to ignite.  

We use Ignite Funding but I think they have a minimum of $10K.

I currently work full time in the corporate finance world and my wife and I are expecting our second daughter next month.I found BiggerPockets a few months ago by way of listening to the audiobook of Set For Life by Scott Trench on a long road trip and it ignited my interest in real estate as a tool to reach financial freedom.  

Some people can make 200 cold calls and get denied every time and a fire ignites in them.

Had a GPS installed so if the payor is late then by my iPhone I disable his ignition.
