We are sandwiched between well known hot spots and its an ideal location for someone who wants to explore the beach life or any of the down-town areas nearby (Los Angeles, Long Beach, Redondo, Manhattan, Southbay Etc), new build with modern amenities, washer/dryer in unit, full sized fridge, dishwasher, professional range cooktop, queen bedroom, full standing shower, large kitchen, full sized couch in the living room, private front patio.

Luxury STR's can really perform exceptionally, I've heard St Augustine is a strong market, can't go wrong with anything Naples..Savannah is also a hot spot.

About 6 months into the lease, he thinks he smells smoke and climbs in the attic and searches for 3 hours for "hot spots" using a thermal imaging camera (keep in mind he is the town fire marshall),  finally after not finding any hot spots in the attic he goes to the back yard and discovers the neighbor is BBQing.

Buying outside of those hotspots is not so expensive, but yes, prices have increased since the lows right after the hurricane.
