For the last 4 years I have purchased 7 rental homes that are all renting but similarly to monopoly it’s time to scale.

I would prefer prefer neighborhoods that are showing signs of population growth and economic development but open to recommendations.Would love to hear from anyone with experience in the Cleveland market or similar!

I would focus on homes with dysfunctional floor plans.

For example in many jurisdictions I can STR units in a duplex but cannot STR an ADU (some jurisdictions will let you STR if you owner occupy).

It depends on where you want to live, income, personality, and other factors.You could buy a large home and rent out the individual rooms to cover expenses, but this comes with problems.

Preferably 3 deep in each of those categories.

I for one would dislike being pushed into a box, I'd prefer to choose my own stuff...and it really ain't that hard.Interesting concept though, I just do not see the value for a veteran Contractor or Imvestor.I'd ask for references before using them...

The mobile home I would only want to keep for a few years to live in before building a new home.
