You have to find their problem.There are a lot of high-net-worth people looking for opportunities to enter the hospitality space but lack the operational know-how you’ve clearly demonstrated.

Now there are tertiary markets in the US that will be low value assets but not super high risk those are your smaller towns but your upside is severely limited.

We've essentially ruled out investing in our local community because we can't seem to find a good deal (we live about 1.5 hours north of NYC, so purchase prices are very high), so we are considering (1) investing out of state; or (2) investing in some northern NY localities (Syracuse, Albany, Rochester, etc.). 

We have had to walk away from some decent deals because rates were too high to make the numbers work.

Would highly recommend him.

It would be our second up down house hack, however, with interest rates in the high 6's, it would probably not cash flow after moving out.

Overbuilt on the high end MFH. 

However, due to high property costs in our local market, we have been exploring opportunities in more affordable states, including Texas, Pennsylvania, Michigan, and Ohio.

I have one market I'm highly excited about at this moment.
