Utilize hashtags too for your area and relevant items your property offers.

If you post something to say, Facebook or Instagram, and it has a long description or a lot of hashtags, Your twitter post will effectively just get cut off at the character limit.

Hashtagging it excessively?  

Would it be possible to add a “tags” section to the bottom of a post similar to how hashtags work or when you upload to YouTube?

If someone would be able to use their hashtag marketing to push their own brand, would that be someone that you would want to work with more or less?

One of your first tasks aside from gettin gto know your market really well is going to be to network with as many people as you can - you've got to get the word out to everybody that you can help them out - start off with local networking meetups like the "Succesfull Thinkers Network" right here in Fresno - also you should come by our REIA group one of these days - we meet every week - every other Saturday and every other Thursday at 12:30 pm at the Bitwise Hashtag in downtown Fresno- our next meetup is Sat the 18th.  

Lane Kawaoka #BPBP might be the most insightful and useful hashtag to describe many of the conversations here.

IGTV is pretty hot and unlike other media - IG appeals to travelers and vacationers, having great mini vids with direct links to your booking page along with good hashtag discovery might be well worth it for you.
