If you have an IRA with sizable amount in it - there are many legitimate ways to invest while earning a handsome returns, you just need to consider little different approach.

But some of the richest real estate investors in the world are playing in these markets and profiting handsomely. 

I have experienced this first hand, some people may think they need a bookkeeper and come to find out that they needed someone with higher qualifications than originally anticipated. 

I've now sold off all of those at handsome profits.

You could become private money lender and loan to an investor for handsome gains.
