I would make an appt. w/ current PM, take a couple hours off work, have a physical list of grievances with a copy to retain for your records, inform them of your dissatisfaction and demand that they waive any early termination clause and/or fee's (if applicable) associated with that.

If I could afford it I would also hire out the property management of the other 3 to GOOD PM, so that I didn't have the tenants feeling they could just come down and air their grievances for dinner, plus a great PM is worth their weight in gold.
