The PM team never told us that the tenants did not renew, nor did they tell us when the tenants gave a 30 day notice.This is just a very small list of grievances.

I’ve seen appraisal grievances on-line at real estate investor forum heavyweights like BiggerPockets and Connected Investors.

You’ve already stated in the affidavit of dispossessory what your grievances are.

I would make an appt. w/ current PM, take a couple hours off work, have a physical list of grievances with a copy to retain for your records, inform them of your dissatisfaction and demand that they waive any early termination clause and/or fee's (if applicable) associated with that.

I have contacted my Realtor about my list of grievances that you all have helped me compile and will have a conversation with him tomorrow.

I would to PMC to cancel the contract or your filing a grievance with the real estate commission.

Your local MLS has a grievance/agent dispute committee, or something similar.  

And I'm not one to publicly air grievances. 

If I could afford it I would also hire out the property management of the other 3 to GOOD PM, so that I didn't have the tenants feeling they could just come down and air their grievances for dinner, plus a great PM is worth their weight in gold.

Which essentially puts a grievance in and they go in front of a board and make their cases for the commission.
