I've found all kinds of buy and hold info for out of state but nothing for what I am attempting to do.I'm looking into buying extremely cheap houses (REOs, HUD foreclosures etc.) out of state then selling them with owner financing.I have heard of people doing this and I did it myself years ago with not so gratifying results.
