Bk is FED though so anything involved in bk will need to be verified thru the court nationally before a sale.

I think there's going to be a serious thinning out of STRs because of the overall market and interest rates, and people just getting fed up with the platforms, unless one of the newer no/low fee platforms takes off. 

Do you believe the Fed was the source of the funding? 

My savings was completely drained from interest payments and surprise costs I had to manage, and lots of little costs that at the outset I believed this guy would cover (100 to mow grass, every two weeks).

They come in with a different name usually acquired by buying out a small/mid company, wipe the market with unlimited funds backed by fed and big banks, dry the pool and leave when there is nothing left. 

All it does is it aggregates information available on the Internet plus data fed into it by its "trainers."
