I don't have to worry about a professional PM doing shoddy maintenance or selecting a tenant that changes their Street Glide oil in my living room.

I got the seller disclosure package and went to complete it,  through a package called "Glide". 

Risk Rating 2.0 will put this policy on what they call a "glide path" for the increases to the premium it will increase at the cap of 18% year over year until it reaches what FEMA considers the full risk premium.

I was able to find and easier way for me for me by using Deal machine and Land glide.

some places you might ask that they cover a percentage of the floor with carpet and your welcome packet might include some felt floor glides. 

@Brian Pulaski CNC has lots of styles and levels, some really nice and decent quality, the white shaker pictures I posted is their cheapest white shaker, basic glides and hinges with the full door MDF, most of the other lines are more upgraded with soft closing door/drawers and and wood construction doors.

I get from RTA Wood Cabinets they have a nice selection, they also offer the cabinets assembled, very quick turnaround,  I like to use the Luxor white shaker or Espresso for cheap flips, it has the basic glides and hinges, it looks amazing and its priced out really well, here is a picture of a recent job.
