We've had reports of folks waiting hours each day just to receive a pass to enter residential streets, which is enormously frustrating when our sole priority is helping the community rebuild as quickly as possible.As for your comment about finding excuses already not to cover something, can you send me an email directly or a DM on that?

The student understandably expects to get better results through the coaching program than they would get if they were doing it on their own.The frustration usually comes in when the expectations of the coach or the student are not met.I think that there is a place for mentoring and a place for coaching.
