As a broker, I see too many of my competition flaunting lousy properties with make-believe Pro-Formas and pretty pictures of how cool the neighborhood is.

I’m so sick of people my age posting their new car payment for their new mortgage loan online expecting it to be positive be celebrated because they are leasing/borrowing to “own” what they flaunt.

But wholesalers flaunt these laws everyday. 

I flaunt conventional wisdom of paying off high interest debt and trust my own judgement above all others, even when I was in my mid twenties. 

Not sure why people have to crap on the deal and flaunt their opportunities over others.

Just reading your post here you already rubbed the wrong way because it feels like you are coming from a place of entitlement with the presumption that your big expensive education is worth something, and I'm not saying it's not, but flaunting it around while simultaneously admitting you can get the same education for free right here on BP just didn't feel right.

O'Neal or anyone else seemed to be flaunting their wealth.

Self-confident people do not need to flaunt wealth. 

They've done it before and flaunted it. 

Sure, I have explained something which would work to my advantage but that's about it.What types of issues would you hope flaunting your wife would help with?
