I could likely see many things from the TCJA being made permanent, mostly procedural items like the higher standard deduction and child tax credit (Plus eliminating exemptions).

So thats kind of the standard operating procedures in those markets and nothing really sells for full list price..

I think the biggest benefit of the AIA system really shakes out to be the effective & clear communication of the guidelines and procedures for construction management, which tend to be much more muddied in the residential world.
