Hey everybody, I've been listening to BP podcasts for a couple years now, and I'm excited to finally get in here and start accelerating my learning and meet some like-minded people. 

They finally get back to me after the close date to say they need more time because they are try to cross collateralize their other properties to make this deal happen and the bank they were using doesn't do this kind of loan. 

They completely wasted my time due to lack of knowledge and organization to my file; then changed their offer as if I had no other choice but to take it.
