@Michelle SharkoAnswering questions in step by step fashion:- Is it a good thing to do or not is a personal finance decision and it depends on the person asking it, their risk tolerance which in part has to do with how this HELOC or line of credit works and how your personality fares relative to taking on new debt (a person more adverse to debt might have sufficient savings and temperament to pay down/back the debt versus a financially liberal person might get in over their skii's as).

Wish there was a better way than all of these add on automations but this is definitely nicer than the old fashioned hard copy book that gets gross after a couple of guests touch it.

We allow Tenant Portal (ACH), Direct Deposit to our bank, Venmo, Strip (credit & debit cards) and old-fashioned mailing of checks. 

She does not have an on line mangement system though just sends a check each month with a little ledger of expenses.I have a client that runs a larger company and they do a nice job at least on all the deals I have done for them as a capital partner when I do the draws and look at my before and afters they do some really nice work in a timely fashion

In the spirit of order of operations, might be helpful to break down in this fashion: 1) With your 401(k), do you have pre-tax money and post-tax Roth funds?

Not fun or enjoyable in any form or fashion.  

I would be careful not being honest with these companies as it can be huge penalties etc. if you are not using the information in a fashion they say you are going to be using it for. 

Ok so the next update on the 1522 Latham 38106 project.After a series of storms rolled through the area, the grass was not cut in a timely fashion.

It went fine for a few months and then it all fell apart in a rather messy fashion.
