U can do it with your own money but not investors.. reason it gives the investors a false sense of security thinking their loan is performing and everything is great..

Created false settlement statements ( criminal of course) so these folks thought they owned the property when in fact I owned them. 

This gave many the false sense that real estate is simple but its not.

Even though I myself have a S8 rental, what you hear online is completely false.

It generates a false sense of urgency for the buyer and they are quicker to pull the trigger on the next one without having their questions answered.

We have filed for eviction and the tenant has filed a law suit claiming false allegations.

.- cannot force exit- cannot force to open books- have to pay legal costs for Grocapitus if they ever take action- are indemnifying Grocapitus against false statements.

What's interesting is she is now giving me more info - like she has been reprimanded already by several admins by posting false info!
