Devin Mann as an investor you want to show up in the worst condition but reliable transportation you can find.My challenge sometimes is finding a beater (cheapest car I have is a Benz and my others are exotics) for particular areas, so sometimes rent a car or take my bike.

They no longer consider the payment on amount but now consider 1% of the total balance, so though my payment is only 380/mo, he has to count 900 against me.Aside from bringing in a partner or choosing a more exotic funding route (neither of which are avenues I want to pursue), what can I do?

Also the fact that your property is vacant currently and for renovation is another hurdle for some banks and insurances.But continue to search and you’ll find some.That is one of the reason that my companies have multiple bank accounts with many local credit union to build a relationship with them as they are more encline to help me with these exotic loans.
