You said you had a POA…..what’s keeping you from endorsing the check with your POA?

I will obviously stay away from this company and from Hillary Furr’s company that endorsed Tax Lien Buyers Club. 

Terms, covenants, conditions, easements, restrictions, reservations and other provisions, including provisions which provide for a private charge or assessment and also provide for an option to purchase, a right of first refusal, or the prior approval of a future purchaser or occupant, according to that specific Declaration of Condominium"ButThere is also ALTA 4.1 CONDOMINIUM--CURRENT ASSESSMENTS ENDORSEMENT which states: The Company insures against loss o rdamage sustained by the Insured by reason of: Any charges or assessments provided for in the State condominium statutes and condominium documents due and unpaid at the Date of Policy.Looking for advise on next steps.

If you watch the scene in The Exorcist where Father Damien Karras is with his mother, the radio is playing an advertisement in Greek for Astoria Park.With an endorsement like that, who wouldn't want to live there?

Apparently the CEO has been on TV (Fox news, CNBC, MSNBC) and is endorsed by some big names.

I'm not endorsed by nor do I work for Turbotenant, but I had the same realization as you and I started self managing everything even from across the country.

Be aware, the change in the policy will go to your mortgagee so if you were not going to inform them, the policy endorsement may alert them. 

You might also ask the title agent you're dealing with if they would be willing to issue an endorsement to the policy changing the name of the Insured to your LLC and if so, what would it cost.
