This will define for us what size of land we will be targeting, what unit compilation we are looking at doing which helps define some of our cost outlay and we will have an idea of market pricing capacity so from this we can formulate a generalized range of acceptable site development costs which then empowers us to know; what kind of land are we looking for, in what area, what's an acceptable price range to delve further...... 

For me that's client acquisition, marketing our properties, and empowering my team.

Gurus dispensing bad advice is nothing new; they’ve been around since the late 1960s, empowered by the first run up in California housing prices.  

It's a mix where it's big tech empowering localized small business/people.

The Gov. is US, you and me, "we the people" so it should be a Duh-moment realizing we are all paying for it via empowering someone to take from us and pay it in a roundabout manner.....

The first step toward this goal is for the city council to recognize the harm caused by maintaining a high commercial tax rate, which drives companies away from the city.Hopefully, we can explore more avenues to generate employment opportunities for Worcester residents, empowering them to work and sustain themselves.
