If you’re passionate about windows and doors, you should naturally have plenty to share based on your expertise and the questions your customers ask.The main purpose of your blog should be to educate and provide value to potential customers.

I don't see how they relate to wanting to educate myself or asking for reading recommendations. 

Set a clear goal for your first property, find a mentor, and keep educating yourself—you're on the right path!

I guess the well has run dry.

You can guess what the value is now on those same properties they still own.

My guess is that it could be structed as one person handles everything locally 'boots-on-the-ground', and the other acts as the investor.Has anyone see or done deals like these?
