The ease of writing something has become easier so I feel like people care less about what they write, but it could be cyclical like you say.

Most owners will not raise the rent to market rents based on tenure and ease of doing business but that is a personal call.

Most want ease of access to the channels they are used to...News and sports, so we provide that and it seems to be appreciated. 

It would be a stretch to reach 10,000 calls this year but I could not ease up here at the end of the year.

It blows quickbooks out of the water with ease of use and I can do the class tracking that the basic $20 a month quickbooks was lacking.There's a phone app also, I just added it to my phone, so I'm not sure how much I will use it yet other than for reference as opposed to opening the website for details. 

It would certainly help to dispel all of the very real concerns we all have right now and potentially ease some minds for both current and future.

It’s a strong market but there’s also a lot of gang problems and cultural tension in some areas.

You seem like you could be sucked into a Puerto Rico investing funnel with the slightest of ease so I would pump the brakes.
