As previously mentioned, we had to consult with Georgia's largest independent CPA and business advisory firm AND a real estate attorney who actually litigates this stuff every day in order to ensure that we had all of the benefits and protections we were looking for and we were in compliance with IRS code and Georgia and Florida landlord/tenant laws.As a result, we only provide the contracts to buyers and sellers (who both sign non-disclosure and non-dissemination agreements) and to other investors who actually license them from us and agree to the same non-disclosure and non-dissemination agreements.
