Very disappointed and frustrated!!

I was disappointed at the small amount of information they were willing to share about the property.  

Since I don't have that requirement, I attract many potential tenants eager to physically see a property before investing 25 minutes online and spending $25-$50 only to be disappointed by a no-show agent, which can feel like being scammed.I keep the showing process short and straightforward, lowering the barrier for more applicants in my pipeline that I can potentially approve!

I was disappointed by the amount of sargassum which I am told is seasonal as my favorite thing to do is snorkel, we have been to Isla Mujeres eight times but that is pretty much unapproachable as it’s so small and the prices are quite high and I have to say I wouldn’t really want to live on an island that small.

Outside of the disappointing of my kids, I find what I do to be amazing, I do property preservation in Metro Detroit, and right now I would not have it any other way.
