Admins @Rene Hosman, is there any way to go back and delete all of the downright dangerous advice he gave to beginners over the years on here so that the forum archives aren't full of BS? 

Anyone who has to pay for good reviews, deletes any critical comments and blocks those people, and can't answer any real follow-up questions when someone digs into what their word-salad comment is actually supposed to mean (like when he tried to explain how to handle a due on sale clause on here a few months back, and made up a ridiculous answer that we all called him out on because it was wrong, then he stopped commenting), is a little sketchy IMO.  

I am not able to edit or delete posts on BP , so I will edit this to the fact that I do think that Kipp has helped Me in the past several times.

Maybe the GP (who is very active posting on BP as an "expert" looking for suckers) has good enough lawyers to threaten BP into deleting the original thread?

You can turn off guest mode and leave the app logged in... but someone is going to log you out or delete the app at some point.

I showed them and provided my emails from customer support as proof that posts cannot be deleted, and that I updated a reply to my post, nothing came out of that.

It seems like more times than not, when I post something on here it gets deleted, or at least I can't find it.

I new I was wrong after sending uit but could not delete it.
