In my search, I've noticed that many positions require proficiency in Yardi.I've been actively looking for effective ways to learn Yardi, but it seems challenging to find suitable training or courses online.

Saved me a lot of wasted time on the job.It really is one of those things that seems more daunting than it is, getting into managing new construction.

Question for: @Andrew SteffensDid you find it challenging to switch PMS systems? 

I know it can feel a bit daunting at first, but you’re asking the right questions, and that’s half the battle won.

The challenge is that it’s classified as “rural” and isn’t in a city, so no one seems to want to loan on it.

This year id love to partner with some people in the area and make the jump into my first commercial deal.What challenges have you seen in the commercial space vs smaller residential multifamily?

The challenges experienced in the cases mentioned above and elsewhere would be non-existent.
