I figured why not just use a banks money instead of using a customers money and not have to deal with picky customers.

Usually at least some kind of customer service experience is necessary. 

I saw one post where someone mentioned using AppFolio’s bulk upload with a custom spreadsheet, but I imagine there are a lot of different ways people do this.I feel like I might be overcomplicating things, so I’d love to hear how others handle it.

But I need a portal where I can do the following -Customize the tenant application  ( Cozy does not  allow me to customize)- Have tenant Upload Pay stubs, DL, etc. 

Alternatively, platforms like Twilio provide excellent customization but might require more technical setup for Podio.

You can customize including organic food and they have options for both make it yourself (like HelloFresh) with recipes and also made for you.
