‘Wholesaling” may not be as prevalent as it is today; may not be pushed by countless gurus; may not be in the same form as we know it.  

It's worse then that, we see countless people being oblivious on difference between GC, Contractor, Sub-Contractor, Handyman, Builder....But hey, they probably also think a Real Estate Broker and Real Estate Agent are the same thing also. 

There's no way you are going to spend decades becoming an expert in your field and then spend countless hours sharing that information with a complete stranger.
